Sausage Making Workshop

Saturday 30th November 2024 9:30am - 12:30pm

A fun hands-on workshop where you will create your own sausage fillings using a variety of ingredients and learn to fill and link their sausages.

You will also learn the tricks of the butchery trade from our very talented butcher Dave.

The day includes refreshments and a pack of sausages (which you have made).

Tickets cost £52.50 per person and spaces are limited. You will need to wear suitable clothing and footwear. However, aprons will be provided.

Beef Butchery Course

Tuesday 4th, Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th February 2025

A 3-day intensive Beef Butchery Course suitable for Butchers and Chefs. 

You will get stuck into some butchery yourself, boning out, rolling, tying and producing meatballs, truffles and burgers. Our highly-skilled butcher Andy, will then explain the reasons why we specific cuts are used for certain recipes.

Throughout the course, you will gain knowledge in the cheaper ccuts of the animal and how you can utilise them to your advantage to create some of the most tender, melt in your mouth dishes you could ever imagine.
